Hi, everyone..............................(*awkward silence*) Sorry for not posting, I'm so slack. Anyway, I just wanted to say I'm doing a theme. As you all know I sometimes do themes extending over a week but this one is different. It's going to extend over a couple of month with interruptions. The theme is PINEAPPLE SHOTS. Why this you may ask. Well, my friend is leaving back to France in September and she loves pineapples so, for her to remember me and New Caledonia I'm putting together a collection of photos of pineapples all around Noumea. I'm getting started today:
You might say what I'm doing here is cheating. It might be but I just wanted to boost the colours so the viewers really saw the colours plus the day I took the photo was quite gloomy.
The rest I have pretty much explained.
So, come back next time and have a little look at these shots of mine.......

Seeweed Hanging From A Branch
Hi...................
This photo was taking at the very tip of the big island in New-Caledonia. We went down to stay there for a night with our family who came to visit. It is very nice but very shallow water. This was the first photo I took. Do you like it??

Sunset
Hello everyone, sorry I haven't been active on the blog. I have been very busy. Lots of friends from Australia have come to see us so, I've had to entertain them. There are positive sides to this like when go up north or south to show the guest the island, I have a chance to take photos. Here is the sunset one of our expedition.
This photo was taken up at the Sheraton in Bourail. I think you have heard about Bourail in other posts.

Gecko
Description of photo
Fun fact: Most geckos cannot blink, so to keep their eyes clean and moist they lick them with their tongue.
Getting the perfect snap: It was hard getting a good photo of this little gecko without tail because every time I would get closer, it would crawl the the other side of the flower. I'm happy I got this one.
Sorry, for being quite slack. School started back but still, it's been a month. We can say I'm a bit lazy. Hopefully this will not happen again.

Noumea
Description of photo
Taken where: Ile au Canard, Noumea
Noumea has taxi boats that run from the beach in the photo to this island. You can spend the day on this island. It's really nice but you have to put a lot of sunscreen if it's sunny.
Question: Can you imagine what you see in this photo without buildings only plants? Before people lived here??

Silhouettes
Description of photo
I took this photo while shooting a scene for the movie I made of KitKat. You can check out the movie here. The scene was supposed to be the cat running down the hall but KitKat was a bit lazy and flopped down then Juliette came to give her a nice pat.

Number 53
Description of photo
There's this group on Flickr called Numbers in Sequence and people add photos of numbers according to the last number posted.
So, I took a photo of the number of my house. As you know I have done this before on an older post.
You know the people in that group are up to #1605

Sea Turtle
Description of photo
Taken where: Sea World, Australia.
I decided to do a flash back to October 2014 where I took this picture of a turtle at Sea World when I was there with my family.
Interesting Fact: Sea turtles can hold their breath for several hours but have to resurface as they are air breathing reptiles.
